I accepted an invitation from the CEBS International Education Committee to speak about Study Away. Not only did we discuss faculty-led credit programs (study away), but also American Traveler (noncredit) and National Student Exchange. In fact, one student placed on NSE in New York is a psychology major, so CEBS is already part of NSE. Another connection is that the chair, Kay Gandy, is leading a Study Away program to caves in the Black Hills of South Dakota.
Thanks to Fred Carter for the invitation.
