On Wednesday, the first Study Away of the year heads to New York City. Two program leaders, three American Travelers (noncredit) and fourteen Study Away students hit the Big Apple (high about 23-degrees F) for five days and four nights of taking in some of the major art highlights. They return Sunday, just in time to thaw out and continue on their Winter Term course. The course will focus on individual visual analyses of works of art each encounters in New York. Dr. Ingrid Cartwright will lead the course. This Study Away is the higth-water mark for enrollment along with the largest signal group of American Traveler participants.
